Excerpt from Adult Bible Study:

Righteousness is the central message of the Bible. If a message does not tie in to righteousness, it is the wrong message. All the scriptures point to Jesus, who is the Righteousness of God.

Jesus is the Living Word (See John 1:1); and He is the personification of the Righteousness God has provided the repentant sinn (See I Corinthians 1:30).
